Program description
The Post Claim Drive SMS Program offers two optional message categories: Account Notifications and Marketing. Each category has its own separate consent choice.
Message categories
Account Notifications may include subscription confirmations, guide delivery, content access updates, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests. Marketing may include Post Claim Drive offers, product and service announcements, featured website resources, campaigns, and newly available guides and tools.
Opt-in method
You opt in by entering a valid mobile number, separately checking one or both unchecked message preferences, acknowledging the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and submitting the form. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent.
Message frequency
Account Notification frequency varies based on account activity. Marketing frequency varies, generally up to four messages per month. Post Claim Drive identifies itself in the first message. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of the website.

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data terms apply.
STOP instructions
Reply STOP to cancel. After an opt-out request, future messages for the program will stop, except for an appropriate confirmation of the opt-out. Messaging will not resume unless you opt in again.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, be the authorized user of the mobile number provided, and use a supported U.S. mobile number.
Privacy and mobile opt-in data
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.
Changes to SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms to reflect program or legal changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively as required.
